We are noted that the hyperlinks in the approval email are not opening to the item page, nor do they respond when I hover over them with the cursor. To open it instead the user must to open the whole email and at the end of the email in the old version part must copy the link and open it in another page.
I read other case similar, and I'm looking for a solution.

I have used it today and it worked fine, so I need a little more info from you to figure out what's the problem.

I did a test on my side, it worked fine.
It seems that your problem is that you have not configured "link to item" in Item link field.
Try configuring "Link to item" in the Item link field, like:

Hi @lsalinas, I was having the same problem a couple days ago--and not just the link in the 'item link' section, but all the hyperlinks, the email address and the 'learn more'. But they all work fine today, so maybe it was a glitch in the software that has since been fixed?
