Replace file in SharePoint list when new attachment per email is received

Dear All,

I am receiving 7 files a day in an email attachement 

I have created a flow as shown below  to save these files in a SharePoint List  

However, I do want to delete or replace the older files received in the day before by the new ones

PS: seven files are sent daily and each of these file has a new name every day.

Here is the flow that I created to send directly the email attachment to my sharepoint list 

Now I want to delete or replace the older files received in the day before by the new ones 

It is either by updating this flow or by creating a new flow

Is there a way to do this with uploaded pdf files in SharePoint?

What I'm trying to do is when a revised document is uploaded to a S.P. site, the old version is moved and stored in a separate folder within that site.

What you need to do is, for each attachment, check to see if the file exists.  If so, then copy it to an archive location.  Then, add the new file to the library.

Here is a blog post that details how to check to see if the file exists already.

So, create a condition inside of the loop and before the create file which checks for the file and copies it if it is there using the instructions in the link above.

You'll also want to save the file which has been moved under a new name unless you just want to overwrite it the next time a file is archived.

I did not get your point as I am still new to power automate:

I need to replace 7 files with new 7 files daily 

It will also be great to be able to overwrite the previous file however some information in the file received the day before will not show in the new file 

So the idea is to know what to update and what to keep from the new file received by email 

PS: every day, you receive 7 files with 7 different names
