AI Builder Not Enough Capacity Message in Trial Mode

Hello,

My AI Builder Trial has not expired and I am supposed to have over 90% capacity left. I have not used up my capacity. Now I am getting this error:

"You don't have enough capacity. Contact your admin to upgrade". Pic as below:

There is no options available for admin to choose under Power Platform Admin Center>Resources>Capacity>Add-ons as well. 

How can I solve this issue?

I am also facing the same issue. I have created multiple environments (Dev and Trial) but Power Automate is not allowing me to click on 'Get Started' button on the Document Processing custom model.

Same here on multiple/separated environments. Seems to be a general issue, maybe caused by the changes required to add the GPT models to AI Builder?

Do you exceed any environment limits on database, file or log?

sorry for the interruption of service,

access to AI Builder trials is broken at the moment (so is usage on ongoing trials), we have teams actively working to resolve this.

root cause is resolved, it should be working now. (there could still be some transient issues in the next few hours due to caching)

Hey there , I am having the same issue here. How can I resolve it. My trial is showing as 98% capacity left but my automated flow getting failed due to the AI builder error.

The issue you just noticed seems different than the one from this thread.

i checked the environment activity and found that trial license is ok, and working,

But the gptPromptEngineering scenario is blocked for trial and requires an AI Builder license.

The error message on the flow run is not clear on that point.

hi @GF_Luis  , the banner you see is expected: the environment is in 'credit overage' , see in AI Builder licensing summary | Microsoft Learn  ,

you can track your credit usage from PPAC:  AI Builder consumption report - AI Builder:

  or with more details using  Activity monitoring (preview) 

you should see a usage 'a bit' above the allocated credits. You may need to purchase Add-ons.
