May I ask which AI Builder model are you using? Category Classification, Entity Extraction or another one?
A couple of things we can check:
1. If you navigate to the Models screen. Do you see your model there with the data you used?
2. Check that you are in the same environment where you started the creation of the model.
Thank you @Anonymous. This seems strange indeed. I'd suggest opening a support ticket so this can be investigated by the engineering team and help get the data back.
You can open a support ticket on the Power Platform admin center, under the Help + Support section: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ To speed up the investigations, make sure you include the model ID which you can find by 1) opening the model 2) copying and pasting the last part of the web URL as shown in the image below.
