Hello -
I have a flow that takes a form and adds it to a SharePoint. I then have another form that sends an automated email to someone. All that works great!
What isn't working is the person who fills out the Microsoft form is not receiving a CC of the automated email sent out from the flow in Sharepoint (2nd pic). Along with this, the body/Author/Display name is showing MY name in the email (I created the flows) rather than the person who completed the form.
Does anyone know how to go about making it so the submitter of the form gets the CC along with their name in the body. Thank you!!!!

I had mentioned the responders email right back at the start but also pointed out that you have the get response details in an apply to each. You will therefore be getting the response details for the same form submission multiple times and potentially with undesirable effects. My recommendation would be to have your trigger for when a new response is submitted with the get response details action immediately after. Then you should have access to the dynamic field responders email. Note thought that if you allow anonymous submissions or the form is public, it's possible that you won't capture this field and you would have to ask the end user to supply an email.
You can very quickly test that you have the reponders email with the following flow:

When I build a new form, the user who submitted the form is "Responders' Email":
I note you use "created by email" in the CC. Can you try sticking "Created by email" in a compose and that will let you see the dynamic value. Most likely the reason they don't get CC'd is because the dynamic value you have chosen is empty but I could be wrong.

The Office profile works correctly in my first flow, but the second flow that delegates who gets a notification email doesn't pull up any Office 365 dynamic content and there isn't a "created by" in any form there.

We're thrilled to announce that Ahmed Salih is our Super User of the Month for April 2024. Ahmed has been one of our most active Super Users this year--in fact, he kicked off the year in our Community with this great video reminder of why being a Super User has been so important to him! Ahmed is the Senior Power Platform Architect at Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. He's been a Super User for two seasons and is also a Microsoft MVP! He's celebrating his 3rd year being active in the Community--and he's received more than 500 kudos while authoring nearly 300 solutions.
