Get Name of Salesforce account and case owner

Hi all.

Trying to build a flow that triggers when a case is modified on salesforce. I managed to do it but How can I get the name of the account that the case is logged for as well as the name of the case owner? The best I managed to get in this regard is only ID's. How do I get the actual names and not just the ID's? What can I use for case age? There are a ton of Age variables to use but none of them seem to give the case's age in minutes or seconds. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Hi @Jacques191,

It's unfortunate that there is no action that could get the Salesforce user info directly.

But you could try the HTTP request action to extract them, the UserInfo endpoint is a RESTful API defined by OpenID Connect, you could refer to this document:

using_userinfo_endpoint
