How to get N:1 Relationship Data From a Case Entity Using Microsoft Flow inside List Of Case Records

Hello everyone,

I am working on Microsoft Flow where I need to get list of Cases in table with it's customer and owner Name where "Customer" is Contact Type and it has N:1 relationship from Case : Contact and same for "Case Owner" N:1 relationship from Case: User so i need to show name of Customer and Owner at the place of Guid but I am getting their GUID only so how can i get the name of these entities.

I have used "Expand Query" to get related records but it's working for 1:N Relationship only. So please help me with this.

Here is the Sample table:

Re: How to get N:1 Relationship Data From a Case Entity Using Microsoft Flow inside List Of Case Rec

Hi @Amit07,

I am afraid that there is no direct way could be used to get N:1 relationship data from an entity.

If possible, please try to List records first, then add a Condition/Filter query to filter out records that have a common value.

Please consider submitting a request on Flow Ideas Forum to ask for supporting N:1 relationship of Expand Query:

Best regards,
