Hi all,
I would like to have a dedicated OneNote page (eg, "To-Dos") which lists all To-Dos from a determined To-Do List in Planner.
Whenever a new tasks is added to the specific To-Do list, the new item should then also appear in the OneNote page.
Further, ideally one could also see specifics of the tast (responsibility, due date, description, comments). Whenever a task is completed, it should be flagged accordingly.
Is this possible with Flow?
Thanks!

Hi @designhero ,
You could consider adding an HTML table to the page to display the details of tasks.
Set Recurrence as the trigger and flow will be triggered once daily/weekly to Create a new page in the section to display the latest info of tasks.
We could only create a new page in the section instead of updating the page through the existing features.
Please check the following configuration:
Expression reference:
replace(body('Create_HTML_table'),'<table>','<table border="1">')
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,

Thank you very much for the detailed explanation.
However, I get the following output
Thank you!
Hi @designhero ,
Please click the following icon and fill the content again.
Best Regards,
Amazing, this works now.
One additional question:
The flow now creates a new page every time the flow runs (depending on the determined interval). Is it also possible to create a page (eg "To-Dos") and then have the flow update that page rather than creating a new page every time?
Hi @designhero ,
As mentioned in my previous reply, we could only create a page and could not update the page through the existing feature.
If you want to such a feature to be supported by Power Automate, please consider posting your suggestions in ideas forum so it might be considered for future release:
