Typeform connector doesn't work?

Dear community,

Is there any problem with the typeform connector? Since yeaterday the connection failed. 

Its aslo not possible to make a new connection. Does anyone have the same problem?

Are there any updates on this? I see the connection has been mostly re-established, but you can't get reponses from specific questions. Is there a way to specificy which questions you want the "Text Answer" for?

Yes, the connector is working now but the api response has changed.

The answers come in a json response object named response_answers and you can access the answers in two ways:

1) By looping through each item in the json object and identifying the field id in a condition such as:

Your Response Answer json will have something like this:

Apply to each --> items()['field']['id'] is equal to YvMbxHxcKOCq

When the id matches, voila, this is your target item which in this case is "first name" and you can now store the value of this item in a variable by doing this:

item().text or item().label in your condition 

2) By accessing each item in sequential order by their index

                  triggerBody()?['form_response']?['answers'][0].text

Once you have the value in a variable, you can use it however you want to. 🙂

Does that mean we have to manually match up every question to be able to use it in the flow with the first option?

That sounds like a crazy task for the almost 200 question form that this broke 😞 Really need to work out how to use this.

Thank you for your solution- it seems that now that the connector is operational once again, there is indeed a JSON response object that contains the answers.

Do you have any idea if and if so in what way the 'hidden fields' that can be configured in a form (in TypeForm) are sent? As far as I can tell, these are not being sent at all at the moment.

Also having the same problem here, hidden fields do not appear to be coming through the connector. Has anyone found a way around this yet?

With this new format, I'm trying to get the answer response and the question title into a single sharepoint item. Microsoft flow is automatically adding a foreach condition for both of those answers so I have two foreach instead of 1 (30 items vs 1800). Do you know how I get around this issue?

Hey All,

I have been hassling MS about this and they had asked for some time to make it as similar to the old one as possible.

Just got word that they have completed the changes and it will be deployed over the next 2 days to Flows.

So apparently it should act very similar to the old connector after this update. Where you will have all the questions available to use in the dynamic content.

Hello,

you can do that with the http request trigger.

If you have created this in a flow, you can enter the generated link in your typeform under webhooks.then you can, with the functions variably initialize, ask the questions, answer and get hidden fiels.

These are parameters in the URL though.. I can't seem to get any values from there. Any idea?

I'm still getting null values passed thru (I know they're not supposed to be null). Can anyone provide a tutorial to make this work? Insane.

The replaced connector fails miserably.

If there are any questions in the typeform that could be skipped or go in a different order, you get a completely new order of answers in the new connector microsoft made.

So its useless except for in the most basic form.

Does anyone know how to work with JSON that could come up with a way to get the results from using the webhook and just making a flow with a webhook?
