Access like solutions in Power Platform?

I am an Access user. Access easily allows you to create a relational database using multiple tables tied together by a form and / or a query, using Primary and Foreign keys, without using any code. The relationship between the two data tables is a very straight forward process that also does require code.  

Is there is a cloud version of Access that does not require coding?

I looked at Microsoft List, but it is not a relational database. I looked at Dataverse, but that platform, like MS Lists uses Lookups to create a relationship but it is limited to one column, which renders it NOT a relational database. I understand that an Access type solution can be achieved with Dataverse but that requires Fx coding, which I do not know.

Are there any Access like solutions in Power Platform that can be deployed without coding to create a true relational database using multiple tables?

HI,

I am an MS Access Developer from Version 1.0 and I have moved all my applications to PowerApps. They are both different things but the power of O365 and all its tools along with SharePoint and PowerApps makes this all go to the next level.

If you are song a lot of reporting or labels to paper, you may still want to use Access. but the rest is all more powerful in Powerapps

There is no cloud version of Access that does not require coding.

If you want a true cloud based relational database, I would consider developing a system based on an Azure SQL Server.

In SQL Management Studio, you can use the graphical desinger to build queries/views.

In Dataverse, you can then expose the SQL tables as virtual tables. You can then create a model driven app over the SQL tables which is pretty codeless, or you can create a canvas app if you want more customisation. For reporting, you can build PowerBI reports over the SQL tables and if you want external users to access the data, you can build a Power Pages app over the virtual tables.

Thanks for the feedback but I am avoiding Power Apps. The UI/UX is horrible and the workflow is extremely convoluted and doesn't even come close to Access in terms of usability.  I suppose PA is ok tech but tech designed for advanced developers and software coders, which I am not.  I think I can employ Primary and Foreign Keys in Microsoft lists to achieve the results I am looking for.

This is exactly why I do not do too much out here. Everyone is working on assumptions and not reallly rality.

I only put my responses out here when I have done them.   The start of this trail talked about opinions and recommendations and there are some here. I have an entire ERP system I have done all in O365 with PowerApps and SharePoint with many of the lists having over 400,000 records in SharePoint. and a single record retrieval in PowerApps of less than 1 second.  I never had to put in more than 5 lines of Excel type formulas in PowerApps a screen in the entire system.  this also allows for portable and desktop application running. I can write to as many lists as I want to form a single screen in a relational data process. I will send you my contact information one off so we can do a team's meeting and see if I can help you with your decision. I do not like to see people waste their time. Again, this is just my reality, and I am sure many have done the same as me, but this is my view and how I would do it.
