Add search to multiple filters in gallery

Hi,

I have app pulling and filtering data from a SP list which works fine but I'd now like to add a search box to allow users to search among the filtered list in the app. I have added a text search box (TextSearchBox1) but I'm not sure how to amend the syntax. I'd also like if possible to search the full description and not just StartsWith. The filter I have is as follows:

Filter([@'Delivery Tasks Tracker'],
And(Responsible.DisplayName = varUser||'Responsible 2'.DisplayName = varUser||'Responsible 3'.DisplayName = varUser||'Responsible 4'.DisplayName = varUser||Accountable.DisplayName =varUser,Progress.Value = "Not started"||Progress.Value = "In progress"||Progress.Value = "Blocked")),
"Title",
If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))

Any help really appreciated!

As below - you did not state the field you wanted to search in
