Powerapps is really struggling again with random "An Error Occurred on the server".
Anyone else having problems? The app was working perfectly a few days ago, then it started to slow down and now it randomly giving the "An Unknown Error Occured".
This is happening far too often now!!!

Could you please share more details about the error message within your app?
Please take a try to re-create a new connection from your app to the Azure SQL table, then run your app again, check if the issue is solved.
In addition, please also take a try to turn off/disable the "Explicit column selection" option and "Delayed load" option within Advanced settings of App settings, then check if the issue is solved.
If the issue still exists, please take a try to re-create your app, check if the issue still exists.

No joy with the errors, still getting the same random errors. I have reconnected the data sources, turned all experimental features off.
App works in preview mode in studio and then when I publish the app works for an hour or so then the errors start again.
Connection is to SQL database. Had these issues before and never had an explanation of why this keeps happening.
I can send session ID if needed.
I am having the same issue. i deleted my PowerApps client from my ipad

and reinstalled it. it was working fine for few entries but when i went offline and came back online. its not refreshing my databse gallery. I even tried adding a refresh button but keeps saying "An unknown error occured".

I work on the Product Group for PowerApps. Could you please provide a session Id for when this specific error occurs? If you go into the left panel of the home page, there should be a panel that says "Session Id". This will allow us to further investigate this issue.

It doesn't look like the session you provided encountered the "unknown error occurred" issue. Could you try sending a new session Id?
