Button to Duplicate Entry Data Into Multiple TextInput Boxes (Customised Form)

I have 15 DataCards that all contain a TextInput box that is Numerical. These Data Cards are called 'PL1' to 'PL15'

When a new form is created all the input boxes within these Data Cards are blank.

A user fills in the first Datacard (PL1) with a numerical value (for example '50')

I would then like a Button for the user to press which will populate the rest of the DataCard TextInput Fields with that same numerical value.

Hm, that may be tricky (and require a bit of work):

1. each of your data card text inputs need to display value from some variable (i.e.MyVar)
For displaying use Default field of the control

2. OnChange of each TextInput you need to set this variable to what was written in the text input.
i.e. Set(MyVar,TextInput1.Text)

3. Button "Populate" need to set value of each variable to what you want

As I said - this may be a little tricky because you cannot push value to some control from another (you can only set values of variables). PowerApps is declarative which means that control can only observe other <you name it: variable, field value, item value> .

Do you want to populate the rest of Data card Text Input field when the user presses the Button?

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Set the OnVisible property of the Edit screen to following:

Set(IsAutoPopulate, true);
Set(PopulatedValue, Blank())

Set the OnSelect proeprty of the "Populate Rest" button within the PL1 Data card to following (please consider add the Button within the PL1 Data card😞

Set(PopulatedValue, Value(DataCardValue8.Text)); ./* <-- DataCardValue8 represents the Text Input box within the PL1 Data card */
Set(IsAutoPopulate, true)

Set the Default proeprty of the Text Input box within the PL2 ~ PL15 Data card to following:

If(
    IsAutoPopulate,
    PopulatedValue,
    Parent.Default
)

@v-xida-msft Possibly spoke too soon, it seems to have affected my existing records 😞

I have removed the formula from the "Edit Screen" (my App only has the one screen) but whenever I Click the button on a new record, it also updates the fields in the existing records

This is why I would not suggest to use the method provided by @v-xida-msft if you want to have granular control over each text field value. 

Please go and check my proposition. If you want more explenation on it - let me know. Anyway - it gives you more control so that you can populate values and still override value of the text field if needed.
