Erreur sur application exemple Helpdesk Microsoft

Bonjour,

Je débute sur Powerapps et j'ai telecharge et importe l'exemple d'application Helpdesk citée sur la page "Installer et configurer Exemple Help Desk dans Power Apps" de la documentation Power Apps

Jai importe le package et fait la configuration et vérifié les connecteurs tout est OK

Dans Powerapps je peux ouvrir l'application comme utilisateur et sélectionner le bouton "Se connecter en tant qu'utilisateur du Helpdesk" ensuite l'écran de demande apparait donc le fonctionnement est correct.

Maintenant lorsque je souhaite aller plus loin, c'est à dire Modifier l'application, j'ai le message d'erreur suivant:

"Erreur lors de l'ouverture du fichier"

J'ai testé les autres commandes: Ouvrir - Exporter un package - Partager - Moniteur - Analytics

Cela fonctionne

Cette erreur apparait seulement lorsque je demande "Modifier"

Mon compte est propriétaire de l'application

Lorsque je crée une application à partir d'un modèle ou une application vide Powerapps fonctionne normalement

Would you like to use the Help Desk sample App in Power Apps?

If so, according to my test, the application package downloaded from here cannot be opened. If you have already created SP list followed the instructions in the doc, you could open the app in Power Apps via:

1\ Find the .msapp file from the package you downloaded, copy and paste to the location you like:

2\ As you have imported the package, the Flow is already in your environment, check for sure in Power Apps portal and turn it on.

3\ In Power Apps portal, find Apps, select "New app", select "Canvas".

4\ Open the .msapp file that you pasted just now:

5\ The app is opened in Power Apps studio now. In Apps OnStart, modify the Admin list to include actual admin accounts:

ClearCollect(AdminList,"Email1","Email2",User().Email);

6\ Remove HelpDeskFlow and HelpDesk connections from the list and add your own SP list HelpDesk as data source via Add data source button, refresh the connection after adding in:

7\ Save the app with a name you preferred.

8\ Copy all formulas of OnVisible MyTicketsScreen, select "Action" on command bar then select Power Automate.

9\ Select the HelpDeskFlow in Flow list, then you will see formulas in OnVisible all be replace by the flow.run action. Paste formulas copied in last step and delete the flow.run part that appears after adding from flow list.

10\ Select edit to modify the HelpDeskFlow in Flow list:

11\ Delete contents in Site Address and List Name, choose your own site and list then select save.

12\ Save and publish the app again.

Steps of modifying connections and Flows are already included in that official doc.

From this moment, you would be able to modify or use the app with no big issue. If you encounter any problem, please feel free to leave it here in the community.

A great thanks for your answer,
I followed the very clear procedure you sent me and I can now modify the application.
I still have some tuning in relation to my Sharepoint site and the list I created.
I also have some dropdowns that need to be modified but I will have to succeed in doing that, it will also be a way to learn and consult a little more Powerapps documentation.
I am a teacher and work in a technological high school where we will be working on Power Apps and Power Automate with the students, so also a big thank you from them.
