Fill in forms via sharepoint list in multiple screens [and submit individually]

Hi,

I know that this question is also asked in another forum topic, but I can't get it to work so I would like to explain what I would like to do and hopefully someone can help me. I have a sharepoint list (ProjectOverview) with over 100 columns with each a question. The form is about projects: as soon  as someone starts a project, they will use the powerapp to register their project and fill out they questions that they need to answer. It starts very easy with giving a project title and a description. The title and description are on different screens, what I would like to have is:

1) the user fills in a title

2) that title is saved in some sort of global variable

3) the user goes to the second screen where a description of the project needs to be given

4) the user fills in the description and by going to the next screen, the description is saved in the right row(based on the title) and column 

5) the next screen will ask something else and again, everything that the user fills in, will be saved in the right row of the sharepointlist by using the project title.

I already found how I can save a variable as a global variable, and I found how I can submit a form all at once. But what I'm trying to do here, is to basically filter the sharepoint list everythime that one thing is filled in, and save the answer that is given for the right project, based on the title. 

Hope that someone can help me? I did read some thing with "patch" but I'm not sure how this works

are titles always unique or is there a unique columns used?

Yes the titles are unique, so filtering the list based on the title is enough

so the first one should for the title should be:
Patch(ListName,Defaults(ListName),{Title:Titleinput.Text})
the rest should update the initial row through this :
Patch(ListName,LookUp(ListName,Title =Titleinput.Text) ,{Column1:Colum1Input})

if you give me the name of the Sharepoint List, the Textinput title is typed into and the title column i can write something to help you for your situation. If you need me to explain it on a teams call let me know

Ah so nice! So:
- the sharepoint list is called: ProjectOverview
- the form input card in the powerapp is called: TitleInput
- The sharepoint title column is called: Title

So would it then become:
Patch(ProjectOverview,Defaults(ProjectOverview),{Title:TitleInput.Text})
the rest should update the initial row through this :
Patch(ProjectOverview,LookUp(ProjectOverview,Title =TitleInput.Text) ,{Column1:Colum1Input})

An the last part ",{Column1:Colum1Input}" is for the next column in the 3rd screen?

Hmm.. when I try this, it gives me an empty row in the sharepoint list. I already checked if the columns in sharepoint are the right type (text), but I can't find anything else...
