## Filter Gallery from multiple checkbox

Hi All,
how to filter gallery based on multiple checked checkbox?

1.  if I check test1, then ABC, GHI will appear in the gallery
2. if I check test1 and test2, then only GHI will appear in the gallery
3.  if I check test2 and test3 , then gallery will be empty.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

I followed the 3 criteria and tested it with:

If(test1Checkbox.Value && test2Ccheckbox.Value,
Filter(ProductsNew,test1="true",test2="true"),
If(test1Checkbox.Value,
Filter(ProductsNew,test1="true"),
If(test3Checkbox.Value && test2Ccheckbox.Value,
Filter(ProductsNew,test3="",test2=""))))

Please the datasource ProductsNew and the actual name of the checkbox

Try:

If(test1Checkbox.Value,
Filter(Datasource,Name in ["ABC","GHI"]),
If(test2Ccheckbox.Value,
Filter(Datasource,Name="GHI")))

hi @eka24
I Think that formula cannot be used in my case, because it is a static filter.
the case is if test1 and test2 checkbox is checked then only  GHI will appear in gallery because GHI is true in the first (test1) and second column(test2)

Community Champion

Can you look at the logic for the 3.

if I check test2 and test3 , then gallery will be empty.

Why should it be empty because i can see true.

Hi @eka24
because there is no data in test2 and test3 that are equal to true. its like AND operator
