If we can't dictate which env new App Makers are dropped into up front, at least give Admins the ability to move apps to a non-Default env via PowerShell.
We don't want new App Makers having the ability to connect to On-Prem data sources and because they are automatically dropped into the Default Env, basically Microsoft is granting this permission and its out of the hands of our Governance teams. We'd like control back please.
Thank you
