I was semi recently hired at the organization I'm working now, a Public Library that has the Office 365 A1 plan
My own license is clearly marked as a "Office 365 A1 for faculty" and sure enough, as stated in the Microsoft office website (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/academic/compare-office-365-education-plans?activetab=...) I have access to Power Apps and have developed a small helper utility that would benefit a lot of people in the organization.
However, as soon as I sent this app to our teams, others weren't able to access it:
However I can clearly see they have the same license, but somehow it doesn't have access to PowerApps???
Am I missing something?? do they have to ask for access to powerapps??? I don't think I ever did anything funny, I just saw it and started using it, I would like other people in the same organization, with the same license to be able to use my apps
Any help is truly appreciated

we just double checked, same thing, the user cant open it, not even from the email they got from me inviting them to use the app

Thanks for the confirmation. In the second window, the user has an office 365 A1 plan but PowerAppps is missing. I recommend creating a Microsoft ticket using the support center.
- Go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
- Click "Help + Support" on the left Navigation
- Click "New Support Request" to create a ticket

Gets weirder, for some reason I don't have the support+help option, it's probably going to have to go to IT and let the organization manager contact Microsoft support

We're thrilled to announce that Ahmed Salih is our Super User of the Month for April 2024. Ahmed has been one of our most active Super Users this year--in fact, he kicked off the year in our Community with this great video reminder of why being a Super User has been so important to him! Ahmed is the Senior Power Platform Architect at Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. He's been a Super User for two seasons and is also a Microsoft MVP! He's celebrating his 3rd year being active in the Community--and he's received more than 500 kudos while authoring nearly 300 solutions. Ahmed's contributions to the Super User in Training program has been invaluable, with his most recent session with SUIT highlighting an incredible amount of best practices and tips that have helped him achieve his success.
