Re: Drag and drooping attachments on a PowerApp form not working for one user only , works for everyone else. any idea on how to resolve this?

Hi Yemata,

Thank you for your post. This issue is typically caused by a browser configuration or problem. Does the user receive an error message when this happens?

To help narrow down the cause of the problem, I would suggest to test in a different browser to see if the problem happens there. Does it also happen on another computer for the user as well?

I hope this helps.

Thank you,

Rory
