SharePoint Custom Form - Update SP List based on Calculated Label in PowerApps

I am working on a customized SharePoint form using PowerApps.  I have created a "Label" which contains an expression that determines a "Cleared" or "See Nurse" status.  I need the status to populate a SP List Column of "Final Result" with the "Cleared" or "See Nurse" status that is returned in the label.

How do I go about allowing the data to flow to SP?

Thank you, @WarrenBelz .  I'm still striking out with this but I will continue to test over the remainder of the weekend.  This part has me confused  - 

The Default of your text box will be vStatus.

Is this the text box for the hidden button?

I will test the syntax on a model, but it should be right. What I am doing is setting a Variable with the same logic as your label.

All the hidden button is about is not having to type the code three times (one for each of the OnChange of the controls) - the Select simply "pushes" the button and runs the code. You can type it on each if you want and forget about the button.

I have added a check that there is something in all three controls before the Variable is set and combined your first two tests and an And() && statement. You can also set the label Text to vStatus if you want to display it.

Here is my exact code - note you will have to change some control names. I have changed the blank test to the reverse, but the argument is the same - this one just works a bit better when you are experimenting with a variety of changes.

OnSelect of the Button

Thank you for all the time that you have spent on this trying to get this to work.  Unfortunately, I am unable to get this to work.  

Everything that I have tried does not update the "Final Status" SharePoint text field. As I am still so new to this much of what you have said here is not applying to the form that I have created.

Screen-Shots may help so I know where and how you have updated the vStatus field.  

What is happening is that I can see that the Final Status field changes, however, the results are not saved to the SharePoint list so the workflows that I have set to send an email to the employee with their final results are not working.

Firstly, please use "Format Text" on your code - it makes it so much easier for us both to follow. Please look at the comments.

The label and box (I assume DataCardValue6) as below, also if you put vStatus as the Text of the Label, it will show as soon as a valid value is generated above (as per my demonstration earlier)

The saving to SharePoint you had not mentioned - I assumed you had this under control. What is the Update property of the DataCard that DataCardValue6 (Final Status) is contained in?  I assume you are using SubmitForm in your save to SharePoint? If there is a value in the Final Status box, it should save.
