Sharepoint List Custom Form not showing changes

I'm having issues where the published form isn't the one displayed - issues started in the beginning of August.

Whenever I try to publish changes to a form, it keeps displaying the old version of the form.

There are no errors within the Powerapps list form, and I've seen this happen now on multiple separate tenants, and the Powerapps are different.

I've tried republishing, and the only fix I've found so far is deleting the form and recreating it. But for some of these solutions there are a lot of workhours put into the form, so recreating them aren't really an option.

The issues is not browser related, nor computer related - since I've tried FF, IE and Chrome on multiple machines now.
I've also tried removing all versions of the app except the last published version, but that didn't work either.

Could you please share a screenshot about the issue within your custom form app?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Currently, I could not reproduce your issue on my side,

Did you find a solution to this? We are now seeing hte same issue on forms where changes made since last Friday are not shown in the forms (previewing the forms in power apps DOES show the changes, but now when loading the form from the SharePoint list).

I haven't found a reason for the problem, I pretty much had to delete the form and start over again.

I kept the orginal form open in another browser window, so I could copy+paste most of the elements from it.
All changes to the new form has published so can't see any errors in the form itself.

@admin5434, @BenJBoyle, we are looking into this issue.

@admin5434, when you say you try multiple browsers and multiple computers, have those browsers previously opened the old version of the app before?

@BenJBoyle, if this is still happening can you tell me if you see the old version of the app if you use incognito/inprivate mode of your browser?

Yep, same thing happens in incognito and on multiple browsers, whether the app has loaded before or no (Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox). We cleared cache and cookies, too. We simply see the old version of the app.

PowerApps version is: 3.18083.32

I spoke to tech support this morning and he advised that a tickets has been opened internally with the SharePoint team as a bug has been identified when saving the form to the list (my ticket number 118082818880119).

You can get it by doing alt + right click on the form itself and a menu will pop up

Not yet. Our contact from MindTree (re: my ticket number mentioned above) let us know last week that there was a bug in the SharePoint side of things when attaching the forms to the list and that is being looking at by the SharePoint team.

We also have a (paid) ticket in with the SharePpoint team to try to get a resolution as we have had the same problem occurs on multiple forms attached to lists, both simple and complex. It works for a while, but once it dies, it's done for. 

At this point, Power Apps is not a viable solution for us. We’ve wasted two weeks already.
