Hi @Powerappsdev2 ,

  1. Set up the Dropdown: The dropdown should have the options 'Daily', 'Weekly', 'Monthly', and its OnChange property should determine the behavior of the date pickers based on the selection.

  2. Code for the Left Arrow Button: This will adjust the start date based on the dropdown selection.

Switch(
    DateRangeType.Selected.Value,
    "Daily", UpdateContext({varStartDate: DateAdd(varStartDate, -1, Days)}),
    "Weekly", UpdateContext({varStartDate: DateAdd(varStartDate, -7, Days)}),
    "Monthly", UpdateContext({varStartDate: DateAdd(varStartDate, -1, Months)})
)

Code for the Right Arrow Button: This will adjust the end date based on the dropdown selection.

Switch(
    DateRangeType.Selected.Value,
    "Daily", UpdateContext({varEndDate: DateAdd(varEndDate, 1, Days)}),
    "Weekly", UpdateContext({varEndDate: DateAdd(varEndDate, 7, Days)}),
    "Monthly", UpdateContext({varEndDate: DateAdd(varEndDate, 1, Months)})
)

Display Logic: To display the calculated dates, you will use labels or text inputs to show varStartDate and varEndDate. The exact logic will depend on how you want to display the range.
Date Generation for Display: To generate a list of dates to display, you can use a collection or a gallery, depending on your requirements. Here's an example of how you could generate a list of week start dates between two dates:

Clear(colWeekStartDates);
For(
    varDate = varStartDate,
    varDate <= varEndDate,
    varDate = DateAdd(varDate, 7, Days),
    Collect(colWeekStartDates, { WeekStartDate: varDate })
)

For a monthly output, you would change the increment to 1 month and adjust the date to the first of each month if needed.

Remember to replace varStartDate and varEndDate with the actual variables or controls you're using to track the date range. Also, adjust the DateAdd function accordingly to ensure it fits your logic for what constitutes the start of the week or month.

Best Regards,

Hassan Raza
