Summarize Data in Gallery

Hi, 

it is possible to summarize data by a gallery.

For better understanding my example:

First of all, i want to filter this gallery for a spefic date - 16.10.2023 after that, i want all E-Mail Adress which als have the same Meeting Date, in this case 16.10.2023 and not just the first one.

I need to summarize all E-Mail Adress with the date of 16.10.2023. 

If i use the Label of xyz@web.at just the first E-Mail Adress will be deteceted but not the yyy@web.at  or zzz@web.at.

Edit:

in the selected Label at the bottom both EMail should be displayed not just the Mail Adress of the first record

Have anyone a solution ?

If you have a Date Picker (I will call it DatePicker1)

Filter(
   SPListName,
   'Meeting Date' = DatePicker1.SelectedDate
)

Where do you need to summarise it? Inside the gallery somewhere or outside?

I think the command you'll want to use will look something like:

Concat(Distinct(Filter(GalleryName,Date=InputDate),EmailAddress),EmailAddress&";")

But without knowing where you're trying to get the end result and what you want to do with it afterwards I'm not 100% sure that will work...

Summarise into in Label outside the Gallery, so i can use this Label as receiver adress for the Mail.

For this example the label should display for the 16.10.2023 

xzy@web.at,yyy@web.at

I know this filter function already, my question was about the summarise the E-Mail Adress after filtering the gallery, so how get in a another textlabel all E-Mail Adress with the same Date (which is already filtered)

i tried Concatenate(Last(FirstN(Gallery.AllItems; 2)). E-MiailAdress) 

but just the second mail is displayed in the label, i want all mails in the gallery which should seperated by ","

Have had a chance to actually test in Power apps and you need this:

Concat(Distinct(Filter(DataSource,Date=InputDate),EmailAddress),Value,",")

Obviously replace DataSource, InputDate and EmailAddress to the correct references.

It could probably work with a gallery too but I found it easier just to go straight to the underlying data when I was messing about with it.

Its just worked if i have a real "Item" as EmailAddress  (ThisItem.EmailAdress),

but instead of that it is just a Label with the EmailAdress and this dont worked cause only the first email of the record is displayed.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean (and forgive the account switching I seem to have 2 very similarly named accounts here... one login saved at home and one at work)

You said you have a gallery that contains the email address and the dates. What's the data source for that gallery? I don't see how you can have the email address just in a text label linked to a gallery without that email address existing in the data source...

(probably me being a bit slow - I'm still fairly new to this stuff too)

Youre right it is just a little bit complicated.

I have a sharepoint list as datasource, but instead of the email adress i have a (multiple) person field.

I got the email by following code:

Concat(ThisItem.Personfield;Email; ",")

It is necessary cause if i have a "multiple" personfield, ThisItem.Personfield.Email will do not work.

So the Textlabel which contains the code have the mails of the person of the personfield.

And NOW i want all information of this label of the whole gallery (which is already filtered by date (for example) and not just from the first record. 

If is use just the label.text i got mails from the first record but not from the others ...
