Hello guys, I need your help.
I am a newbie and I am trying to create an app from a template. An example Model-driven app called “Fundraiser.”
I get prompted that I need to create a new environment, I have three environments currently, one is default, one is developer, and one is team.
When I follow the prompt and click on create new environment, I am prompted that I need to upgrade my plan. Not sure if this helps, I have the developer plan.
What I have tried.
1. click on create new environment and am prompted to upgrade my plan
2. I add an environment in the admin center and I get prompted that I need at least 1GB of capacity, it is strange that I hardly use the capacity, why I don't have 1GB of capacity to create an environment.
3. according to this document, I installed the sample data, logged back in, and still can't get the prompt to create a new environment.

Hi @ZEO,
From what I understood from your problem, you want to create a model driven app.
You already have 3 environments so you wouldn't need to create a new environment to create the app. The only thing you need to do is to create a Dataverse database for the environment where you want to create the app.
However, if you still want to create a new environment choose Trial instead of Production when creating an environment and you should be able to create.

Thanks for your reply, but as I mentioned above, I can't create a new environment in the admin center. I would get the same page as you above.
Although I refer to this article, I am still unable to add the dataverse database to my environment.

I don't see the option to add a database
I see that the current database version of the environment is 9.2.22022.00137
I'm not sure if this means that the dataverse database already exists in my environment, but despite this, I still can't create a template App
Any suggestions?
