Unable to create or open any Model Driven Apps and unable to open the Power Platform Admin Center and Power Automate Admin Center

Hello Fellow Makers/Developers:

I'm dealing with the following issues.

Unable to create or open any Model Driven Apps. Unable to open the Power Platform Admin Center and Power Automate Admin Center (but no problems of opening other admin centers such as MS365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, etc.) The same issues occur in all three environments (2 Developer and 1 Default environments) in my tenant. In all cases, it’s just a blank page that never load. No error messages on the page being opened. The page is not frozen and I can navigate away from it or close it. No security groups can be or need to be assigned to the Default or Developer environments per Microsoft Guidance.

The issues started a few months ago but nothing has been changed since then: it’s the same computer, same browsers, and same settings. I didn’t have the same issue prior to it. Occasionally (about 1% of the time), I can open those pages but minutes or hours later, the problems resume.

I use the latest version of Microsoft Edge with Tracking Prevention on Balanced (no difference when set on Basic), allowed 3rd party cookies, cleared caches frequently, disabled all browser extensions. I have also tried the latest versions of Firefox and Google Chrome with comparable settings but there was no effect. I’m the tenant admin and system administrators for all environments and have full control.

The Console tab of the Developer Tools (F12) displays the following messages (excerpt):

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Error: Request failed with status code 404

ECS - Service request failed to return a response  

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

However, the same exact messages are also displayed on other pages that work properly such as creating or opening a Canvas Apps, creating or opening Power Automate flows, etc. So they should not have been the cause of those issues.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Ok can you try:

1. Incognito window - produces same result in all browsers?

2. Change computer's - just to see if it is your machine that's causing the issue

3. Clear browser cache on all browsers

If any of the above fix the issue please accept as solution, thank you.

Thanks for the reply. But I use Private/Incognito windows all the time and the browser cache are cleared upon exit of any windows. iPads give the same issues. The only device that doesn’t have such issues is android tablets (with Edge and comparable settings as my PC) and that’s been my workaround in the last a few months. But I need to be able to use my Windows 10 PC, which is a lot more powerful.

Has anyone else run into this issue and if so, can you share your experience? This is not a resource issue as I'm using a power machine with 16GB RAM and all the related software is up-to-date  (Windows 10 update OS, browsers, etc.).
