Update SharePoint List based on User Selection

I am new to Power Apps.  Been learning on the fly through many many community postings, youtube vidoes, etc. but I can't seem to solve this basic design problem.  Any guidance is appreciated.

I have a simple SharePoint list called "Country_Master" with two columns.... Country and Question.  Country is a Text column and Question is a Choice column.  Country is Unique (i.e. one record per country).

In Power Apps, I have a DropDown called "DropDown1" that allows a user to select their Country simply with...

Items =Country_Master.Country

I also have a Radio Button called "Radio1".  The available radio choices are set using...

Items = Choices (Country_Master.Question)

This works fine to show the correct user options.

What I cannot solve is getting the Default selected value (radio button) to be assigned based on what is in the SharePoint list.  So if a user selects "Poland" in DropDown1, then Power Apps should go grab the current selected choice for the Poland record in the SharePoint list.  I would then want the user to be able to change that value and push the update back to the SharePoint list.

I have tried setting Default for the Radio using Lookups, Filters, If formulas, combinations of all and I just cannot figure out how to do this.  Please help me because I really feel like I hit a wall with this.

The simple answer is to user an Edit form with those 2 columns for in the form. The when it loads it will display the values from the item. 

if just want to use 2 dropdown controls, then

assume a list with Tile = names of Card and a choice field for BodyStyle

The items property for Dropdown1 is cars and the is Title

The items property of Dropdown2 is Choices(cars.bodyStyle)

and the default is 

LookUp(cars,Title=Dropdown1.Selected.Title).bodyStyle.Value

Thanks for that.  My customer is insistent on radio buttons instead of drop downs.  I can only use drop downs for fields with lots of options (like country).

Thank you!  With your help I did figure it out for the radio button.  I had to add the .Value at the end of the lookup statement and that solved the problem.  Appreciated!
