View Data Base on List Hierarchy Column

I have several controls. I'd like to be able to manage what each member can see/do with the control based on an employee hierarchy column on the employee Member List.

The Hierarchy are: National, Region, Local, Employee

Example: OnVisible the Screen Employee Name Dropdown default to the following, based on the UserName I am pulling from the active directory (the UserName is also on the list and referenced for the filter) should see:

     National - All employee name

     Region - Only the names of employees in their region (there are 8 regions).

     Location - Only employees at their Location

     Employee - Only data specific to that Employee

On the Member list each Member has the appropriate hierarchy designation (as listed above) as a line item.

Can I create a single variable that covers all of the above; is this possible?

What does the last sentence mean?

National - All employee name

'Member list'

Region - Only the names of employees in their region (there are 8 regions).

Filter('Member list', Region = LookUp('Member list', Name=User().Name).Region)

Location - Only employees at their Location

I would need a multiple condition statement that says in some way check the Member List 'UserNameFld' for the UserName on the screen 'UserNameFld' (as pulled from the active directory); If the name is on the Member List check the Member's Hierarchy, and allow access based on that Hierarchy.

You are proposing the following. Is this still you recommendation based on the above clarification?

Please except my apology. I was away for a couple of days.

Below are examples of the first two screens of one of my Apps.

The first screen is a 'site' general data screen. The second screen would populate with employee specific data.

Hierarchy Designation: 'Employee'

     1. Screen 1: The Park Dropdown should auto-populate to the User's park alpha code (based on the User's (as compared to the

         UserName field on the screen (data pulled from the active directory and compared to the UserName on the Member

         list).

     2. Screen 1: The Gallery should auto-populate with that User's park data automatically, based on the content of the Park

        dropdown.

     3. Screen 1: The Dropdown should be 'DisplayMode.Disabled', and the User should NOT be able to change the park alpha in

         the Dropdown. This should apply to all screens and dropdowns throughout the App. Anyone with hierarchy designation

         'Employee' should only be able to see their park data and their own data.

     4. Screen 2: On transition the Region dropdown and the Park dropdown should default to the User's park and region, and

         appear 'DisplayMode.Disabled'.

    1. Screen 1: If the User hierarchy is 'Park' the park Dropdown should be in 'DisplayMode.Disabled'. The 'Park' User shall only be

        able to see just their park data, their specific data, and all data associated with all Members also assigned to that park. This

        should occur in all Galleries. 

    2. Screen 2: If the User hierarchy is 'Park' the 'Region' and Park Dropdown shall default to their region and park and both

        Dropdowns shall be in 'DisplayMode.Disabled'. The 'Park' User shall only be able to see just their park data, their specific data,

        and all data associated with all Members also assigned to that park.

Hierarchy Designation: 'Region'

    1. Screen 1: If the User hierarchy is 'Region' the Park Dropdown should be 'DisplayMode.Edit'. The Region User should be able

        to change the park alpha in the Dropdown; however, the Region User shall ONLY be able to change to and see the data of

        the parks in their region, all their own data, and all data of employees at those parks in their region. There are seven Regions

        -  i.e. PWR, SER, NER, NCR, etc. Each Regional person is over one region.

    2. Screen 2: If the User hierarchy is Region the 'Park' and 'Region' Dropdowns shall default to their region and park. The Region

        Dropdown shall be 'DisplayMode.Disabled' and the Park Dropdown shall be 'DisplayMode.Edit. The Region member shall be

        able to change park - within their region, but not change the Region.

Hierarchy Designation: 'National'

    1. If the User hierarchy is 'National' all Dropdowns should be 'DisplayMode.Edit'.

    2. The National User shall be able to change all controls, view all regions, all parks, all employees.
