Hi Everyone,
I have this flow that when an item is created in sharepoint list, it will send an approval request to the approvers. Once approved, it will notify the "assigned to" (which is "choice" type column) via email/teams. But I wanted them(the "assigned to") to have a "COMMENT" whether the task is (in progress or completed). here is my sample sharepoint site:

You can have a default value in your SharePoint that is "in progress" and update it when the approval process finishes.

Hi thanks for answering my question but is it possible to:
the action should have :
* the assigned department will exclusively put a remark on the added column once they completed the task.
* send a notification via email/team after the assigned dept. make a remark.
