Hello,
I have made a flow that creates a Sharepoint item from a response on a Forms survey.
The flow was working fine until about 4 hours ago, when I got an error message saying that the flow run failed after a forms submission.
The error in the flow said 'Action 'Get response details' failed' and the error code was as such:
{
"error": {
"code": 502,
"message": "{\r\n \"error\": {\r\n \"code\": 502,\r\n \"source\": \"flow-apim-msmanaged-na-westus2-01.azure-apim.net\",\r\n \"clientRequestId\": \"c8463cd9-0484-473a-904a-b066ff78d17b\",\r\n \"message\": \"BadGateway\",\r\n \"innerError\": {\r\n \"error\": {\r\n \"code\": \"607\",\r\n \"message\": \"Failed to get all responses. Inner Message: AADSTS50173: The provided grant has expired due to it being revoked. The user might have changed or reset their password. The grant was issued on '2018-03-15T15:49:06.9861603Z' and the TokensValidFrom date for this user is '2018-05-21T19:52:08.0000000Z'\\r\\nTrace ID: ecea16e7-0f24-48e3-9493-64802c381000\\r\\nCorrelation ID: 8d32ea75-1a5c-4da0-b934-42304c94139b\\r\\nTimestamp: 2018-07-26 18:35:56Z\"\r\n }\r\n }\r\n }\r\n}"
}
}
Every run since this happened has stalled out and not completed, several for multiple hours.
What's going on and what can I do to fix it?
Thank you!

I think I got an answer. This must be a universal microsoft issue today with Forms and Flow because I saw this on another thread today, but once I "changed my connections" it worked. I just went to each trigger and action and clicked the 3 dots and did "Add New Connection" for each one. . After that it worked flawlessly. What is weird is the credentials are the exact same
this isn't the solution. But Today I am also having the issue with a Form flow that is supposed to create a SP List item. It will just hangs for 30 minutes until I cancel it. I'm curious if flow changed something with its form connector??
So it's not just me! Thanks for your input.

Awesome-- I looked where you said and found that it had a bad connection. All that I had to do was re-log in for that connection and it fixed it!
Thanks for the help!
Thanks sooooo much! Your solution saved me a ton of time. And my sanity!
