Flow to connect form to create event in individual calendar of person completing form

I have built a form that is being used by staff as a call log to track inquiries and reasons for inquiry coming into our organization. The benefit of using the form is that it is building essentially a database of our support call history, and allows multiple users with unique 365 IDs to input data into a shared spreadsheet, without ever having to access that spread sheet. However,  I am trying to make it so that the last questions of the form, through flow, create an event in the calendar of the person who submitted the new response/entry My pain point seems to be in getting the "create event" step in the flow to identify the appropriate user calendar? Is this something anyone else has done or perhaps has a work around for? Capture 1.JPGCapture 2.JPG

Hi @Braren,

Do you want to create an event in the calendar of the person who submit a new response to your form using "Create event (V2)" action?

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs within Microsoft Flow currently. Creating event using "Create event (V2)" action of Outlook connector is based on connections. In other words, if user A create a connection to "Create event (V2)" action of Outlook connector, the "Create event (V2)" action would create an event within user A's calendar. If user B create a connection to "Create event (V2)" action of Outlook connector, the "Create event (V2)" action would create an event within user B's calendar.

There is no way to change connections to the triggers or actions dynamically in Microsoft Flow currently, so I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Best regards,

Kris

Hi @v-xida-msft,

What if I want user A, B, or C etc... to use the "Create event (V2)" action to create an event on calendar X, where they all have full permissions? Is that possible?

The problem I have right now is that I cannot see/select any calendars besides my own inside the "Create event (V2)" action in the "Calendar ID" field, including those I have permissions to create appointments on.
