Power Virtual Agents Pricing

Has pricing for the Power Virtual Agents been announced?  We don't want to create an entire bot just to find out it isn't going to fit inside of the budget.

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

The user license is free. It is used so that the administrator has a control over who can access Power Virtual Agents.

Don't mean to be a complete newb, but am I to literally take a "session" to mean a single exchange sequence with a customer? And all I'd get is 2,000 of those for a thousand dollars a month? Seriously?

 Please could you request that it could be included free in the Non-Profit portal or have it at a low discounted price for non profits as 1,000 USD a month is not affordable for a Non-Profit organisation like us @chass @mivakoc

I agree It's far too expensive compared to other offerings on the market like https://www.aiaibot.com/

We would really build solutions on MS tech but this price prevents us from doing so!!

   what if there are low sessions per month ? will it be less price depends on the number of user session ? Please confirm.

No, the price is the same if you use all sessions or less than 2.000 per month.

Also, you can use Microsoft Teams, it's a good way if you want.

PVA Conversation Boosters Release

Today, we are excited to unveil new features within Power Platform that incorporate next-generation AI, in including conversation boosters with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder introducing a create text with GPT model. These features bring both a new way for developers to solve business problems and a new way for end-users to leverage AI in the flow of their work to be more productive.
