Where do these users come from

I've created a new environment for a test. I've created one user in admin.microsoft.com. So there are 2 users (see attachment).
Contacts, Guest Users and Deleted Users are empty.

But when I share a model-driven app then I get a lot more users. I can't find where they come from.

Anyone an idea?

Hi Ellen,

Are you sure that you don't have any Users on environment? I mean the users on Instance rather than on Office 365 (as your first screen shot).

  1. From the Power Platform admin center, select the environment to which you want to check the users.

  2. Select Settings > Users + permissions > Users.

You'll see the list of users that have already been added to the environment.

Reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/add-users-to-environment#add-users-to-an-envir...

Hope this helps you.

Hello @EllenHeijmans,

I hope you're well. So, just to be clear, you're asking about the ones that end with (Sample Data) such as "Anne Weiler (Sample Data)" and not "MOD Administrator" and "Piet Puk" right?

Thanks,

Garry
