App not starting from web player

Hello 

 

My app is not starting since this morning from the web player (from the studio it works OK).

I get these errors from chrome trace tool :

It seems we had a bug with our deployments yesterday which we were able to identify and fix. Can you please try again and let us know if continue to see issues.

Hi Cédric,

 

I tried to open an app on Web player using Chrome, IE, Edge, all the apps can be opened.

 

Could you please try again with InPrivate mode to open the apps to see if it works? Please also try to clear the cache.

Confirmed:

I am also unable to open apps in the webplayer:

The only browsers that works for me right now is Chrome on Windows 10 desktop in regular mode (not Incogito) and Edge on Windows 10 Mobile. 

 

Not working:

  • Chrome on Windows 10 desktop: Incognito
  • Chrome on Chromebook
  • Chrome on Chromebook: Incognito
  • Edge on Windows 10 desktop
  • Edge on Windows 10 desktop: InPrivate

All of the above are stuck on a grey screen without any scrolling loading dots.

 

Since regular Chrome is working right now, I am afraid that if I clear my browsing data, it will stop working.

Thanks for your investigation and feedback.

 

I try to open apps on Windows 10 using IE, Edge, Chrome(in regular mode), but all the apps can be opened with no error, I am not able to reproduce this issue from my side.

 

I will try to involve others to take a further investigation on this issue. I will back once I got any updates.

I took a screenshot from Edge. It looks like the first error is from a GET operation, but it is not found:

I already tried in private mode on chrome, no success.

It seems the files of the version HOTFIX_20161212_UPDATED-0.2.0.792 have not been deployed to the CDN (I'm in France if it matters) as I get many 404 (first one being base.js)

Yep same for me.

 

Managed to open it in firefox pasting the web address but this is not working for another colleague. Not working at all in IE 11 in either normal or private browsing.

Same results from Firefox.

As this is a 404, I suspect a server problem

Super User of the Month | Ahmed Salih

Super User of the Month | Ahmed Salih

We're thrilled to announce that Ahmed Salih is our Super User of the Month for April 2024. Ahmed has been one of our most active Super Users this year--in fact, he kicked off the year in our Community with this great video reminder of why being a Super User has been so important to him!   Ahmed is the Senior Power Platform Architect at Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. He's been a Super User for two seasons and is also a Microsoft MVP! He's celebrating his 3rd year being active in the Community--and he's received more than 500 kudos while authoring nearly 300 solutions. Ahmed's contributions to the Super User in Training program has been invaluable, with his most recent session with SUIT highlighting an incredible amount of best practices and tips that have helped him achieve his success.   Ahmed's infectious enthusiasm and boundless energy are a key reason why so many Community members appreciate how he brings his personality--and expertise--to every interaction.
