Flow says successful, but nothing happening.

Shown flow says it is successful on testing, and every morning.  However, the files from Outlook attachments are never updated to Dropbox.  Both accounts are correct, I can log in as each.  I know in the past I've had issues with my same email address on our Office 365 versus Azure Active Directory and mail/access getting interchanged. I don't know if that is related or not here. But the flow looks good, but doesn't work.

From the test results, the Attachment name and DisplayName are not equal, so the result of the Condition is false, and the Update file action will not be executed.

Everything is performed as expected, except that there are no files in the attachment that have the same name as the files included in Dropbox.

@v-bacao-msft  - unfortunately, no it doesn't. The attachments on the emails are named exactly the same as the files in Dropbox. I save them from Outlook into Dropbox manually and am prompted to overwrite an existing file.

The test results have shown that there is no problem with the configuration of Flow, but there are no files that meet the requirements. You can observe the output of Compose. The Attachment Name and DisplayName do not have the same Name.

It should be noted that the List files in folder action can only get the files and subfolders under the current folder, and does not include the files under the subfolder.

If you specify Folder in List files in folder action as the root directory, this Flow will only work if the specified file is stored in the root directory.

How? As I explained previously...the attachment is the same name as the file in the root directory of Dropbox. I can click it in Outlook to Save As intro the root folder in Dropbox, which prompts me to overwrite the existing file in that same root directory. So please help me understand why it believes they do not match. Is something in the flow looking at the wrong attachment or type or something, or does it not see Dropbox properly?

Do this test.

• Create a new file, then store it in the root directory of Dropbox, and set the Folder of the List files in folder action to the root directory.
• Then send this file as an attachment and trigger Flow to see if the execution result of Flow is as expected.

I will try a new report later today to verify.  I have looked at Next in the error/success reporting, and while most have the original failure I provided before, there is one that says is succeeds (see below) - but that file doesn't update either.

So now something different is happening. 

Outlook has:

Email with File A attachment

Email with File B attachment

Email with File C attachment

Dropbox has:

File A

File B

File C

All names match exactly, as before.  Flow shows successful at 6:04am each morning.  All three files are updated at 6:04am.  However - it is using the Attachment A to replace File A, File B and File C, so now the contents of those files in Dropbox all have th same data in them, even though their names are correct (match the attachment).  Which is okay at the moment because at least that means I am getting the most important data moved up and automated, but having all three would be ideal.
