CC list doesnt gets populated, when email being recieved

I am sending email using below code. However, I notice that my cc list doesn't get populated, despite including it in code. I can only see the To field and not Cc field.

Sure. Its definitely a Person or group column in SharePoint.

The columns FS1,FS2,FS3 are 3 Person/Group columns, with every 3 OnChange populated as below

Then I use a label, which stores the Cc string as below

In SendEmail, I use the Cc string like below. I see the importance parameter: High is reflected correctly in the Email, but not Cc yet

I replicated the same steps shared by you and I am not able to reproduce the issue.

Can you try to use SendEmailV2 instead of SendEmail function? IsHtml is not required in the context of SendEmailV2.

If the issue still occurs, can you try to close the browser, clear the cache and login again? Also, please confirm if the issue is occurring in a new app as well.

SendEmailV2 also doesn't work. I noticed that for all the Person or group column I always have the below error when I open the app. Once I just click inside Items property it goes away. Any idea this might be causing the email not to be sent properly, because it occurs for all Person or group column when app is opened everytime ?

I think maybe that's why your configuration is not working. Can you try to remove the datasource, close the app and the browser, open the app again and try to read the connection to the SP list and check if this works?

Also, what do you have in the Items property of the combobox, it should be Choices(ListName.LookUpColumnName)

Noted. My items property is exactly as below.

I already refreshed the datasource and deleted the cache. Does removing the DS and readding it cause any issue, because I have 12 screens depending on it.

Re-adding the datasource will not affect the other screen if you have not made any configuration level changes into the datasource. Somehow the connection that got created is not perfect, that is why it is giving you error every time. Please remove the connection and add it again.

You might want to create a copy and then remove the DS.

I removed the datasource and re-added it again. Deleted cache and tried accessing the App. Still couldn't see Cc field in email.

When I goto my connections field in Powerapp, I have multiple SharePoint connections. Is there any harm in deleting the connections and just keeping the latest one ?

Hi @Kumar9024021 

There is no harm in deleting the unused connections. When you will try to delete the connection, it will show you the list of Apps/Flows which are connected to this connection. If there are other apps, that uses the connection that you are trying to delete, you need to update each of them manually to point to the latest connection otherwise they will not work.
