Concat with new line

I would like to know if it's possible to add a line return to a concatenate string.

I have this in the Text property of a label:

It returns this:

I would like it to return like this, but only if it will keep that formatting when patched to a SharePoint multi-line (Rich Text) field:

European Union, Austria, AT

European Union, Belgium, BE

European Union, Bulgaria, BG

The Char(10) and/or Char(13) approach is not working for me right now - Am I doing something wrong?

Im using a label and this code as the text property: Label15.Text & ", " & Char(10) & TextInput6.Text and it works for me. Not sure why it works for some and not for other.

Looking back at this, I eventually gave up on that idea and used a much simpler formula that did not include a line break.   I did not find the solution to do what I originally wanted.   Given that for some records there were so many items selected, it would have made navigating through the SharePoint list awkward to have them all on separate lines.

The formula I ended up using (without line returns)

Left( Concat( Filter(Markets, !IsBlank(Country)), Country & "; " ), Len(Concat(Markets, Country & "; ")) - 2 )

So I had the thought last night and gave it a try this morning. I used the Char(10) approach and per my previous reply here and was unable to get it to work. This was in a custom page label with, I think, the new fluent UI components. I enabled the classic controls property and tried the Char(10) approach with the classic text label and it works as expected there.
