Submit form with multiple selection but SEPERATE record in sharepoint

Dear all,

I would like to create a simple form to record sales order.

So I already know how to create the gallery list .First, I will show a gallery list of Customer .

When I click on a Customer, I will navigate to a page to select the products from another the gallery list.

• Product 1: order quantity = 10
• Product 2: order quantity = 30
• ....
• Product N: order quantity = N

My question is:

 when I hit the submit button, in sharepoint I would like to see each product ordered by a customer line in separate row.

For example , this is the desired output:

Customer Name __PRoduct ___OrderQuantity ___DateTime

A                         ___Product 1__ ___10_____________datetimestamps

A_______________Product 2___     30

A______________Product 3___      10___________

I am struggling with how to submit this into different rows. Many thanks for your kind help.

Patch can be used both for Creaing and Modifying a record. I have mostly used it for modifying records. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/functions/function-patch

Collect is used for adding records to a data source. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/functions/function-clear-collect-clearcollect

The dummy the table in my excel stored in OneDrive is 'DonHang'

I change the 'OrderBook' in collection name to 'DonHang' and there is error.

I change back to 'Orderbook' and the warning sign disappered

What is wrong?

You will have to change the column names in the formula as your excel colum names are different.

ForAll(Filter(Gallery4.AllItems,QtyInput.Text<>""),Collect(DonHang,{KH:CustomerLabel.Text,SP: ProdLabel.Text,ThoiGian:Text(Now()),Qty:QtyInput.Text}))

I am assuming KH means Customer, SP means Product, ThoiGian means DateTime

I did change the column name in the collection to match the column name in Excel,

However the warning sign said:

"The function Clear has some invalid arguments"

I delete the Clear() part. and the warning sign now vanished.

However the peformance seem very slow. I takes about 7 seconds to collect just a few rows?

The Clear function clears only a collection and not a data source.

To delete all records of a data source use this Remove(DonHang,All)
