Utility to document powerapps

Is there a utility that can create a hard copy of my powerapps, listing each component on each form together will all the properties and formula

You can rename the .msapp to .zip and check out the individual files used to make a PowerApp. They store all the info you require but probably not in the exact format you desire.

The PowerApps Review Tool is the closest thing I can think of. It's designed to compare two apps and to report the differences for code review purposes. However, you can probably utilize it in some way to produce the documentation that you need for your app.
