Hi Flow Community,
I am new here and i have found this to be a very useful community in terms of learning more about Flow.
i really would appreciate the help regarding a flow i am creating.
I wanted to create a Flow which would send out an Email when a document is due to be reviewed.
So SharePoint Document Library [review date and assignee on doc data] and then Outlook Email [when doc due date is close]
I managed to use the ''Reccurence'' Trigger and then ''Get File properties'' and then ''Apply to each'' and then ''If condition''
When i created the Flow, for some reason, i got an error saying;
Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server. clientRequestId: B31B0ABA-9AB7-4D5F-8F5E-1AF2CEC1FA78 serviceRequestId: 34977e26-62fe-46cc-b239-f8d9417a4507
I am not sure why this has happened but here is the photo reference as well.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi @Tosyn_88,
The error message told that there is something wrong with the credential that you provided for the "Send an email" action of Office 365 Outlook connector. The Outlook REST API is not yet supported for your Outlook mailbox, in other words, you mailbox has not been migrated to O365 and it is still on a dedicated exchange server.
I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. My flow's configuration as below:
Please check if you have provided a proper Office 365 Outlook account for the "Send an email" action. In addition, please also check if your mailbox has been migrated to O365, if not, please request your Outlook administrator migrate your mailbox to Office 365.
More details about migrating Outloook mailbox, please check the following article:

Morning @Tosyn_88,
Have you pressed the ... button in the top right of the Send Email step and set up your connection yet?
It should ask you to sign into an account, does it let you sign in correctly?
Regards,
J
Good Morning @JohnMorse
Thank you for the response.
Can i ask more about the ''button'' you refer to, i'm still an amateur Flow learner so not sure.
I have tried the suggested solution and it prompted me to sign in to my user account. After doing that, it tried to find the connection but ended up not signing in and it prompted an error;
Failed with error: 'Please check your account info and/or permissions and try again. Details: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server. clientRequestId: 898EE7E0-BC43-4174-BC66-45AE5831CA98 serviceRequestId: a8e9d702-db0d-467b-8c71-57801a6f571d'. Please sign in again or choose another connection.

Hi @v-xida-msft
Thank you for the response!!
I found a work around which is to use the ''email connector'' instead but this detailed feedback definitely helps identify the issue.
I will look into the responses and follow the advice provided.
Thank you loads
