The data export service is not available

Any help please how to solve this problem?

Hi @nourarab ,

Are you in a Community environment for PowerApps?  If so, the "Export" feature is not  currently available for the Power Apps community plan.  Let me me if you are in a standard paid instance as this should be supported for normal environments.

Possible to share a little more info on the steps you are trying to do? If it's just an environment to play around with, perhaps try creating a trial environment, but they expire after 30 day (which you can extend or create new trial environments.

But saying that, I don't think it's an environment type of issue. I'm getting a similar errors and know that previous Microsoft has issues with their back-end export services. The best thing is to raise a ticket at: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

I tried to create a trial environment but I also had an error

"The user does not have a license that allows environment creation. Request ID: 1e006059-ad64-4cec-b7f6-a1dd1c102767."

I am using a student license given by the university

I am assuming it is trying to create the trial environment in your university's tenant and that is why it is giving you the 2nd error with not being able to create the environment.  

Can you try the following:

1.  Go to incognito window in Chrome

2.  Click on @EricRegnier's link he provided on the trial environment

3.  Utilize an email to setup this environment that is not tied to the university

This should create you a trial that is not related at all and you should be ok. 

Let me know if this doesn't work.

Sorry, environments are not available to be created with many consumer email accounts.  See details on this page for what emails are allowed:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/signup-for-powerapps 

If you don't have another email you might want to check with your university if they could create you a trial or if they could allow you to create a trial.  I am assuming they have it locked down at this point as described here.

You should still be able to create one under a personal account:

1. In https://trials.dynamics.com/ click the sign up here link:
2. Then "No Continue"
   
3. Then put your details and pick a unique domain 🙂

I think the email in your last step identifies "work or school email" so I think this is the same challenge, a personal email will not be allowed right?
