Is there a reason for this? I'm trying to imrpove the AI but the 5 doc/pdf limitation is frustating! If only there was a "train again" option for this....
The documents in question are 12 PDFs that are scanned, so not 'true PDFs'. The form processor works, it just needs more samples!

Hi @jbravo,
This is an issue where some environments are not seeing all the 4 scenarios, apologies for this. We are working on fixing this so you will be able to see the Form Processing template again.
Hi @jbravo, Form Processing remains in preview so for the time being you will be able to use it even if the trial expires.
Hi @jbravo,
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback! The current limitation is 4MB, so you can provide as many documents as you want as long as they are under the 4MB treeshold. As we iterate the Form Processing preview, one thing that we are working on is in increasing these limits.
Out of curiosity, from your message I understand that AI Builder Forms Processing works well for you with 5 documents, so why do you want to add more documents for training?
Is it 4MB in total or per document? I have 10 pdfs that are each approximately 70KB.
The reason is because even though it can idenfity the required form fields, it's not perfect. I'm assuming that the possibility of training it with more documents would increase the efficiency and accuracy of the model.
Then I am far below the 4MB threshold. I don't know why i keep getting errors when training wit more than 5 documents.
Thanks @jbravo for providing this info. Looking at the screenshot it looks like your document contain many data fields that can be extracted. There is also a current preview limitation that based on the amount of data present on the documents, you are limited to a given number during training and you get this error if you exeed this limit. We are working on increasing this limitation as well in the not too distant future. 🙂
Greetings!
Happy to see that the preview is over and I started the free trial.
One little issue as shown below:
It does not let me begin,
I'm guessing it'll be a few days before the product is finished? If so, is there a way to "PAUSE" my free trial?
thank you.
